 Oh My #2

Later this afternoon Simon “went out with me” ... I went out side and down the porch and watched him follow and smell his way and slowly ... he followed the side of the building, crossed over the green and into a gully. It was great watching him do his cat thing. The weather was nice and warm and breezy. So for an hour or two he moved through the leaves and bushes and I had a great time watching him.

I love cats ... I am so infatuated by them ... I can watch for hours.

So, after a while, Simon wasn’t visable any more. It took me a while, but, I finally came on back into the apt ... did this and that, went outside and called, paid attention, and no Simon ... so after an hour or two, I went back to the area next to the gully where I last saw him. I was callig his name and before long, I heard the bell that is on a break-away collar!!!!!! You know, I feel like a muther here!!!!!

Then, he was in and out ... I left the door open enough for him to push it on open ... I went in my bedroom, did this and that and then fell asleep for a while. When I woke up, Simon wasn’t in the apt ... went outside several times and called .... it’s cold .... Oh No . . .

So, here I sit writing this . . . . . . . . . waiting . . . . . . . just like a muther!!!!

thank you

 Oh My, Oh My . . .

. . . it’s been way too long and as much as I miss getting to this blog, it seems like it just doesn’t happen as often as I would like for it to.

We finally got moved last weekend (12/2&3 ...&4) and it’s taking me a while to “realize” it!!! Mostly, things are in place nicely. It’s the small stuff ... my “artsy” stuff that did tuck in here and there over there —> but has no place here to tuck in at all!!! And then, over there I had two desk areas and here I have none. So, I’m trying to figure out how to remedy that!!

Because of moving, my city bus schedule is now different (of course) and I had to change my dialysis schedule. I used to go in about 2:30 and run until about 7p. So, now, I need to get there 12N and leave about 4:30. It does not seem as long sitting in the chair .... but, it takes “all day” because of the city bus schedule (the last bus runs at 5:15p and that’s just NO GOOD for this night soul).

Simon is my dark tabby male cat that got let out for the first time this morning ... I wanted him to be sure he knew where he lived!! So, he went out on the porch, nosed around a bit and jumped a floor down to the ground (I wasn‘t ready for that move!!!) ... then the bus came ’round and that noise startled him (actually, he’s been great with the road sounds). So, I rode around the grounds a bit and never saw him. I came back to our door and was sitting there contemplating when he came RUNNING around the corner of our building!!! At least he knows where the door is!!!

Oh, what else?
I think that is it for the time being . . .

much thanks
